In-depth 1-on-1 guidance and planning for your empowered birth experience.

We’ll cover:

  • Creating your birth plan/preferences

  • Effective communication with your healthcare provider and birthing team

  • Stages of labour

  • Coaching for your partner or primary support person

  • Labour comfort measures

  • Medical interventions

    And more!

Personalized for you (ie. high risk, low risk, medicated or unmedicated birth, hospital/birth centre/home birth, VBAC birth, planned cesarean or labour induction)

Includes access to a curated list of information and resources for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, baby care and parenthood.

Format: 2 virtual sessions (2hrs each)

Welcoming Baby Postpartum Prep

Beyond the basics of a Baby 101 class! All the nitty gritty of what you need to know in those crucial early days after you have your baby!

We’ll cover:

  • How to prepare for your post birth recovery

  • lactation/feeding and newborn baby care tips

  • partner support and co-parenting

Includes access to a curated list of information and resources for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, baby care and parenthood.

Format: 1 virtual session (2hrs)

$280 + HST
