I could not imagine having given birth without the help of Adrienne. She is a wealth of knowledge. Even though I had taken prenatal classes, all of the techniques that were useful to me during labour came from Adrienne. She seemed to know exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Her voice is gentle and comforting. She always made sure that I knew what was happening during labour and that I retained my sense of agency. She was a strong, constant, and reassuring presence during pregnancy, every phase of labour, and postpartum.
